How does your ER rate?

A few years ago, when my youngest daughter was three years old, she slipped while in the shower and the back of her head landed really hard against the edge of a shelf in the shower.

Childbirth without episiotomy?

I am hoping to have my baby without having an episiotomy but most everyone I know ends up having one. If anyone out there has thoughts on this could you talk about your experience either way?
