This is the information I have: *Bromelain is the pineapple enzyme in Wobenzym N. The substance interacts adversely with blood thinners, drugs such as warfarin and aspirin, that prevent blood clots from forming in the veins. The enzyme can neutralize the medicine, rendering it ineffective.*
